Shane Chikeles
Shane is a professional musician that has been playing around the world with local and national acts since 1995. Shane is known for his previous work with the well known rock band The Ataris which he did extensive touring with worldwide as well as performing with on the Craig Ferguson show (CBS Late Nite). He also played with the progressive indie band Joshua and is currently playing drums for the New York based indie rock band Park Ranger.

After teaming up with Bellydancer Elizabeth Muise in late 2009, Shane discovered a new passion for Middle Eastern music and percussion. This is the root of the "Boom Boom" in the rhythm section for Boom Boom Shake. He also gets to express many of his other talents in Boom Boom Shake including, music composition, a wide range of stringed instruments, paino, and many more.

Elizabeth Muise
Bringing the “shake” to Boom Boom Shake, Elizabeth Muise is a bellydance artist who enjoys sculpting movement into art. As a graduate of Alfred University with a Bachelor in Fine Arts and minor in dance, Elizabeth is now pursuing a life as a dancer, musician, and yoga instructor. With many years of experience, she has explored various styles such as modern, ballet, hip-hop, butoh, and African dance with bellydance being an area of focus in most recent years. As she accesses this sensual art form with sophistication and class, she has been described as playful, elegant, graceful, powerful, and passionate. Elizabeth is intrigued by the duplicity of dance; how the nature of this work is ephemeral and yet the pursuit of it simultaneously deepens the traditions of dance.

Currently, Elizabeth is dancing with Boom Boom Shake as well as touring with drum and bagpipesensation Cu Dubh where she shared the stage with Petite Jamilla in a live filming for an upcoming DVD at the St. Andrews Society Highland Games. She has performed for Raquy and the Cavemen, Liron Peled, This Way to the Egress and Frenchy and the Punk (formerly the Gypsy Nomads) and was featured in the Gypsy Nomads Live at Bube’s Brewery DVD. In 2014 she had the pleasure of performing on live television on the ABC/Disney Fusion channel for “Fusion Live” as well as Telemundo’s “Buenos Dias Miami.” Elizabeth has taught at the Starwood and Sankofa Festivals and performed at Webster Hall NYC, Mercury Lounge NYC, the NY, MD, NC, GA, FL and CT Renaissanace Festivals, Oxford Ontario Renaissance Festival, Spoutwood Fairy Festival, Festival of Legends, Wicked Faire, RenCon, Steampunk Worlds Fair, Sankofa and Sirius Rising Festivals, and Alex Grey’s CoSM. She is grateful for her dance education from Chase Angier and Robert Bingham at Alfred University, her unforgettable experience at The American Dance Festival, and her amazing bellydance instructors Rachel Brice, Sharon Kihara, Zafira Dance Co., Zoe Jakes, Mardi Love, Ashara, Sonya, Kami Liddle and many more! Elizabeth likes to keep it classy and sassy and shake it ancient!!
