Monday nights have become quite popular here at White Horse. Twice a month we feature a variety of musical talent and beginning in May, we are adding food to the evenings. The new series will be called LOCAL LIVE.

for an original one-man-band set.
Dylan Moses and Marika Straw met at Asheville's Brown Bag Songwriting Competition, where both were finalists. Originally from Oregon, Marika Straw is a mesmerizing piano player with songs that cut straight to the heart about love, loss and home.
Dylan Moses is a midwestern boy with a sharp wit, whose lyrics will leave you contemplating our strange times.
The featured cuisine for the evening will be offered by Chef Nishan, of Sri Cred. Sri Cred provides authentic cuisine from Sri Lanka. Come a few minutes early and purchase a wonderful meal prior to the concert.

The restaurant business feels like home to Bethany. She grew up in her Vietnamese mom’s restaurant from the age of 4. Cooking and sharing delicious food is Bethany’s passion. During her final year at University, she did a strategic management project about a restaurant / spa enterprise. Nourishing the soul with food and therapeutic massage is her goal. Serving authentic Sri Lankan food to Western North Carolina, Asheville and all who visit this beautiful place is the start of unique business model.
